Welcome to University Housing at San Francisco State. Our residential community offers a variety of housing options with everything you need to make you feel right at home. By choosing to live on campus, you will take advantage of the many great benefits that will enhance your educational experience and help you achieve academic success. Not only will you enjoy the convenience of being close to classes, but you'll also have greater access to academic resources and numerous opportunities to get involved in community activities. Plus, with over 4,600 students living in University Housing, you'll be sure to develop many friendships and make lasting memories. Before we get started, let me explain the many ways in which you can explore our residential communities: - You can click on Next Button and forward arrows in the center of the screen to move from building to building. Each building features a photo of the exterior and a 360 view of the interior. - You can also jump from each building's 360 interior views by clicking on the arrows on the right side of the screen. - Now, if you already know where you want to go, you can select any location by using the list on the left OR by clicking directly on the map - Lastly, remember that you can explore any particular location in more detail by clicking on the 360, Photos, or Video icons.

Mary Park Hall is one of SF State's two traditional residence halls. This building was named after the custodian who took care of SF State's housing buildings and proudly trained numerous student custodians during her 30 years of service. Mary Park Hall houses over 400 first-year students and offers a wide variety of programs designed to facilitate the successful transition of freshmen to the campus community.

Mary Ward Hall was named after the Dean of Women at SF State, who was instrumental in developing student clubs and convincing other members of campus administration that the residence halls were needed. At Mary Ward Hall, first-year students will enjoy close proximity to the dining center along with a community full of resources, support, and over 400 of their fellow gators.

Towers Junior Suites gives first-year students an opportunity to feel more independent with furnished, double occupancy partial suites with private bathrooms. Themed learning communities are also available along with an Academic Success Center, meeting spaces and a mezzanine sitting lounge.

First-year students who prefer housing with more of an "apartment-feel" will find what they need in our full suites at The Towers @ Centennial Square. Each suite has a kitchenette with a sink, a two-burner electric stove, a full refrigerator, and a living and dining room area. With over 650 residents and multiple Living Learning Communities available, residents will have plenty of opportunities to make friends and enhance their college experience.

The Village at Centennial Square offers furnished two and three-bedroom apartments with a kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms to both first-year students and 2nd year + students. By incorporating a number of different living communities, eating options, and a convenience store, this community offers students a full independent lifestyle experience.

Welcome to Manzanita Square, SF State's newest student housing building. Located just steps away from campus, this state-of-the-art building includes residential apartments, a courtyard, retail, student support spaces and laundry facilities. Single and double occupancy rooms are available for 2nd year + and transfer students, and each apartment is equipped with full kitchen, living room and 1 or 2 full bathrooms.

The University Park North High-rise Apartments are located at the north end of campus and across the street from the Stonestown Galleria mall. In this community, 2nd year +, transfer and graduate students will enjoy independent living and a variety of housing options including, furnished or unfurnished one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, living and dining room, and 1 or 2 bathrooms. University Park North also provides housing to faculty, staff, and full-time students with families.

The University Park North garden apartments provide comfortable and convenient accommodations to 2nd year+, transfer and graduate students. Located across the street from the Stonestown Galleria mall and adjacent to the University Park North High-rises, these apartments are a short walk from campus. Furnished or unfurnished one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartments are available and include a full kitchen, living and dining room, and 1 or 2 bathrooms.

The University Park South Apartments are located at the south end of campus, near the Holloway Avenue corridor. This community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments to 2nd year +, transfer and graduate students. Each apartment comes furnished and includes a full kitchen, living and dining room, bathroom, and a semi-private patio. University Park South also provides housing to faculty, staff, and full-time students with families.

Welcome to the residential dining commons. Here students can choose from an array of all-you-care-to-eat selections from a variety of platforms. Throughout the dining commons, students can easily find the foods they love including, vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-free dishes.
