In these programs, you'll get hands-on experience with modern instrumentation (Chemistry/Biochemistry, Environmental Science and Geology) such as gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer (GC/MS), nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer (NMR), infrared spectrometer (FT/IR), UV/visible spectrometer, X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and other advanced instruments. You also can get hands-on experience with projects ranging from fossilized dinosaur eggs to cutting edge research in nanomaterials.
