Historic Woodburn Hall is considered a symbol of WVU. Woodburn currently houses offices for the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences and the Departments of History, Political Science, and Interdepartmental Studies. All three buildings in Woodburn Circle – Woodburn, Martin and Chitwood – are on the National Register of Historic Places. When the weather is nice, students flock to Woodburn Circle to study and relax in the sun.
