The Commercial Kitchen Room is utilized by students from the Hospitality & Tourism and Nutrition & Dietetics programs at UNH. Students within these majors use this kitchen for a number of different purposes. The Hospitality & Tourism program offers a number of culinary courses to interested students who use the Commercial Kitchen, and the Nutrition & Dietetics students use it as a food laboratory in order to learn the nutritional value of foods. This Commercial Kitchen enhances both of these programs at UNH, allowing students to work hands-on in their major without having to travel on or off campus.
