AMR I is a first-year residence hall featuring traditional double and single rooms along the corridors with hallway bathrooms. Rooms are single sex, and floors are coed. They're subdivided into houses, enabling residents to build friendships, learn basic rules for community life, and plan activities. A common kitchen comes equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, and microwave oven.
