The ramp is where all of our Cessna 172 NAV III aircraft are located along with our DA-42 multi-engine aircraft (these are called Diamonds). All of our aircraft here at Embry Riddle are equipped with the Garmin G1000 which is a completely digital avionics system. The reason for installing the Garmin G1000 into all of our aircraft is because the airline and corporate jets use this same equipment giving students the training and experience with the same instruments that airline and corporate pilots are using.
