Schimmel Hall was constructed in 1895, which makes it the oldest building on the Corban campus. It houses a variety of administrative offices, as well as the Travis Memorial Dining Hall, which was remodeled in 2005. The booths and multi-level tables offer scenic views of the Salem countryside, and are complemented by both natural and modern lighting. Dining options include a salad bar, grilled sandwiches, pizza, burgers, and Starbucks coffee.
