Welcome to SF Housing. We are delighted you are considering the SF State Residential Community as your home while attending SF State. The satisfaction you gain from your campus living experience begins and ends with you. We welcome you to the community and hope you will embrace the new experiences, people, ideas, and challenges, as you begin to make friends and feel at home! Before we get started, let me explain the many ways in which you can explore our beautiful campus: - You can click on the front facing arrow to start Walking around our campus - You can also jump to the Next Stop by clicking on the Next Stop button - Now, if you already know where you want to go, you can select any location by using the list OR by clicking directly on the map - Lastly, remember that you can explore any particular location in more detail by clicking on the 360, Photos, or Video icons.

The University Park South townhomes are located at the south end of campus, near the Holloway Avenue corridor. UPS offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom tower units, with dining and living rooms. Single- and double-occupancy rooms are available to returning, transfer, and Grad students.

The University Park North apartments are located at the north end of campus and across the street from the Stonestown Galleria mall. UPN offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom tower and garden units, with dining and living rooms. Single- and double-occupancy rooms are available to returning, transfer and Grad students.

The Village offers two- and three-bedroom, fully furnished apartments with a kitchen, living room space, and two bathrooms. Students living in the Village have easy access to a convenience store, a Subway sandwich shop, a Smoothies & Wraps eatery, and the Center, which is open to the campus community and free of charge to all on-campus residents.

The Towers offers fully-furnished apartments for first-year students. Some floors house a Residential Learning Community. The apartments contain a kitchenette with a sink, two-burner electric stove, full refrigerator, and a furnished living and dining room area. Rooms in the Towers are double- and triple-occupancy, with beds, desks and dressers. There are one-room and two-room apartment options available.

The Towers Jr. Suites offer suite-style accommodations for first-year students. Some floors house a Residential Learning Community, including the Science and Technology Theme Community (STTC) for science majors, and the Rainbow community. The suites offer double-occupancy rooms with a private bathroom. Rooms include beds, desks, and storage. The first floor contains a computer lab open to residents. The Towers Jr. Suites also house the Towers Conference Center with multiple meeting spaces and a mezzanine sitting lounge.

City Eats Dining Center is our main dining facility, featuring all-you-care-to-eat dining with local and sustainable options. Select from a variety of made-to-order salads or sandwiches, gluten-free and allergen-conscious selections, or vegan and vegetarian dishes. This location is eat-in only. Use your student meal plan, Gator Dollars, credit card, or cash.

Mary Ward and Mary Park offer a traditional residence hall-style living for first-year students, with double occupancy rooms with community restrooms on each floor. Mary Ward Hall houses an eatery, The Bricks, and the Housing Business Office. Mary Park Hall houses the Café in the Park eatery.

The Bricks at Mary Ward serves made-to-order pasta and sandwiches, quality fresh pizzas and quick and easy to-go options. Use your student meal plan, Gator Dollars, credit card, or cash.
