Commercial Kitchen Facility

This Commercial Dining Room is utilized by students from the Hospitality & Tourism and Nutrition & Dietetics programs at UNH. Students within these majors use this kitchen for a number of different purposes. The Hospitality & Tourism program offers a number of culinary courses to interested students using the Commercial Kitchen. The Nutrition and Dietetics program uses the Kitchen as a food laboratory learning the nutritional value of foods. This Commercial Kitchen enhances both of these programs at UNH allowing students to work hands-on in their major without having to travel across campus or go off-campus.
