Inside the Chapel of St. Basil, light shines through the cross window to bring the Stations of the Cross to life. A 14th century figure of Christ is set on a cross inset in the wall, and there is an icon of St. Basil the Great and a Shrine of Our Lady, Seat of Wisdom. The organ has 1,000 pipes, and the three chapel bells strike every half-hour.
