North Complex Residence Halls The campus home to many first-year students, the North Complex features four, traditional residence halls. Comprised of Beede Hall, Mickelson Hall, Richardson Hall and Olson Hall, the complex places freshmen in the heart of the USD campus with the opportunity for involvement in academic and social groups as well as learning communities. The North Complex features double occupancy rooms with coed and single-gender floors. The buildings are air-conditioned with laundry and kitchenette facilities located on each floor. The rooms include moveable beds (which can be lofted or bunked), stationary desks and closets with built in drawers. Basic cable and high-speed wireless Internet service are available in each room.
